Organisations across Northamptonshire are being invited to showcase their vacancies at a jobs fair taking place at Wellingborough’s Tresham Campus this May.
The event, taking place on Wednesday, 20 May, 2026, will bring together students, job seekers and local professionals for an afternoon of networking and career exploration. More than 450 people attended last year’s event, highlighting strong demand for opportunities to connect with local employers.
Delivered in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus, North Northamptonshire Council and Tresham College, the event aims to help individuals explore new career paths while giving businesses direct access to a diverse pool of potential candidates.
The event will open exclusively to students from 3pm to 3.30pm, before welcoming Jobcentre Plus customers and members of the public from 4pm to 6pm. Employers are invited to arrive from 2.30pm for setup, refreshments and networking.
Taking place at the Tresham Campus on Church Street, the event will feature a wide range of organisations from across the region, offering attendees insight into current vacancies as well as training and development routes into new careers.
Businesses interested in exhibiting can book a free stand by emailing Stefania.Cosa@dwp.gov.uk by Friday, 24 April, 2026, including their organisation name and details of attending representatives.
