The Wellingborough & North Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce is proudly run by businesspeople, not box-tickers.

Our Executive Committee is made up of professionals from across North Northamptonshire who volunteer their time, energy, and experience to help drive the Chamber forward. We represent a wide range of industries and backgrounds—but we’re united by a shared goal: to support, connect, and advocate for local businesses.


What the Executive Committee Does

The Executive Committee is responsible for:

  • Setting the strategic direction of the Chamber
  • Championing the interests of members across Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Desborough, Rothwell and beyond
  • Planning and delivering Chamber meetings and events
  • Building partnerships and lobbying on behalf of local business
  • Ensuring financial accountability and organisational transparency
  • Creating opportunities for members to be heard, seen, and supported

We meet regularly to ensure Chamber activity remains relevant, responsive, and driven by the real needs of our members.

Executive Committee

Donna French

President - Donna French

As Chamber President, Donna leads the strategic direction of WNNCC and chairs our key meetings. She plays a central role in representing the Chamber publicly and is responsible for helping the committee stay aligned with our mission and values.

Adam Fox

Senior Vice President – Adam Fox

Adam supports the President and steps in where required to represent the Chamber. He’s responsible for helping drive growth and communications, and plays a key role in modernising the Chamber’s visibility and engagement.

Billie Passchier

Junior Vice President – Billie Passchier

Billie contributes to the leadership of the Chamber, supports both senior roles, and plays a key part in ensuring member experiences are inclusive, dynamic, and relevant to today’s business challenges.

Matt Taylor

Finance Secretary – Matt Taylor

Matt ensures financial oversight and reporting, working with the Treasurer and Executive Committee to manage Chamber budgets, approve spend, and maintain financial transparency.

Niamh Coleman

Chamber Secretary – OJPR (Support Agency)

Our Chamber Secretary, delivered via support agency OJPR, manages the administration of the Chamber. This includes meeting scheduling, official correspondence, and key operational communications.
