Mentors include King’s Award winners, Non-Executive Directors and CEOs who’ve volunteered to provide support to businesses.
This programme is for businesses than can dedicate time, show up prepared, and act on feedback and guidance from your mentor.
Once paired with a mentor, you’ll receive 8 hours of one-to-one support over a 4-month period.
The Lord-Lieutenant Mentoring Programme is unique. Created by Sir Peter Ellwood, former Vice Lord-Lieutenant, the mentoring programme brings together leaders from the best businesses across the county, many of whom are King’s Award winners, to be mentors.
Running a business isn’t a straightforward path to success. There are many challenges and multiple pitfalls to overcome. Running your own business can often feel lonely and uncertain, even for those businesses that are seeing growth. The mentoring programme matches directors and owners with mentors who have a track record of success.
