A new chapter has begun for the Wellingborough and North Northants Chamber of Commerce with business owner and entrepreneur Adam Fox vowing to focus on growth, connection, and delivering greater value for members.
Adam Fox, who previously served as Senior Vice President, succeeds outgoing President Donna French following a period of significant transformation for the Chamber.
Alongside his role within the Chamber, Adam is the founder of Evolve Business Coaching and the creator of The DROP System, a trademarked, science-backed framework designed to transform how business owners manage their time, energy, and focus. His experience supporting businesses to grow and operate more effectively underpins his approach to leading the Chamber into its next phase.
Paying tribute to his predecessor at the Chamber’s Spring Meeting and AGM on 24 April, Adam recognised the impact of Donna’s leadership in shaping the organisation as it stands today.
He said: “Donna’s presidency has been nothing short of transformative. From leading the rebrand to expanding into North Northamptonshire, she hasn’t just overseen change, she’s driven it.
“She’s helped shape a Chamber that reflects the modern, inclusive, and forward-thinking businesses it serves today and leaves it stronger than she found it.”
Adam also acknowledged the contribution of the Chamber’s committee and members, highlighting the collective effort behind its continued success with Billie Passchier announced as the new Senior Vice President.
He said: “No Chamber succeeds on leadership alone. It’s the hard work, commitment, and consistency of the committee, and the continued support of our members, that keeps everything moving forward.”
Looking ahead, Adam is clear about the direction he wants to take the Chamber and the experience it should offer local businesses.
He said: “Joining a Chamber should never feel like ticking a box. It should feel like momentum.
“The stronger our membership becomes, the more value every single member receives – more connections, more opportunities, more collaboration.
“This next chapter is about raising the standard of what membership actually feels like and building something that works for every business in our region.”
