Frontier Centre, opened in 1983 [by NAYC, originally called Frontier Camp] as an Outdoor Adventure centre. It has grown from a modest size to the current 124-acre site, featuring residential facilities for up to 250 people across a variety of accommodation lodges, including Bell tents during the summer months for up to 40 campers.
Visitors come to the centre to enjoy over 25 different instructed activities on land, on water (river Nene & Stanwick Lakes), and various climbing and high ropes courses, run by our qualified instructors.
We welcome around 15,000 visitors to the centre every year.
Frontier Centre is part of Rock UK, a Christian not-for-profit charity, set up in 1922.
Along with the other 3 centres across the country, the organisation welcomes circa 71,000 visitors/pa.
